A man was arrested early Thursday morning after police say he ignored an attempted traffic stop before crashing into the side of a building at a high rate of speed and fleeing the scene.
Jamyri Marshall, 18, is charged with speeding 26 mph or greater over the speed limit, reckless driving, first degree fleeing or evading police, criminal mischief and carrying a concealed weapon, according to court documents.
