PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A “career criminal” from Fairview was sentenced to ten years in federal prison for meth possession and distribution, the U.S. Attorney’s Office – District of Oregon said.
Matthew Moultrie, 41, pled guilty back in January to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, following a DEA investigation into a Mexican drug cartel.
