A man accused of shooting and killing another man this summer outside an apartment complex in Alexandria, Virginia, has been arrested in North Carolina, police say.
A grand jury indicted 38-year-old Corey Delantau Stubblefield on Wednesday, charging him with murder and using a firearm to commit a murder.
