Turning wet by the second half of the weekend

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Humid weather will feed into our next round of rain chances. Rain is likely to increase over the weekend, mainly Saturday night and Sunday. Rain will be heavy at times through Monday morning.

Partly cloudy to partly sunny Friday. Warm and muggy. After temperatures start off near 70 degrees, we’ll have highs in the mid to upper 80s. There will be some spotty showers and maybe a thunderstorm. Rain coverage around 30%.

Mostly cloudy Friday night. A few high school football stadiums may get some rain. Lows early Saturday will be in the low 70s…
