An Anderson shopping center anchored by Walmart has sold for $7.14 million.

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm announced the sale of the property at 629 Highway 28 Bypass.

“This Walmart-shadow-anchored center in a growing Greenville suburb drew strong buyer interest from day one,” Eric Abbott, senior director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office, said in the announcement. “We were under LOI shortly after it hit the market and closed at the list price.”…
