Before signing a lease anywhere in Jacksonville, renters can now look up the code violation and eviction history for properties listed in the city’s rental registry—for free.
Jacksonville Area Legal Aid launched the Jacksonville Stable Housing Coalition website in partnership with the City of Jacksonville and Councilman Peluso’s Office. The searchable database pulls code enforcement history directly from the City’s Municipal Code Compliance Division, which tracks violations on registered rental properties across Jacksonville.
