Costco cleared its last bureaucratic hurdle to building a store along State route 316 in Lawrenceville this week.
The Lawrenceville City Council approved the 158,000-square-foot warehouse store, which will be located on the old Lightnin RV Rentals and Sales property and neighboring parcels facing the highway. The property will take up 19.9 acres of land between Collins Hill Road and Buford Drive.
