STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — A second woman has been arrested following a chaotic chain of events that began with a shooting at a Martin County tow yard, triggered a nearby school lockout and ended with multiple crashes and a police pursuit.
According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, the incident unfolded shortly after 1 p.m. Friday at Gary’s Towing and Recovery on Southeast Cove Road.
