EASTON, Mass. (WJAR) — Ernst Lacrete, 25, of Quincy, and Lavar Benson, 25, of Dorchester, were indicted by a Bristol County grand jury for their alleged roles in an armed home invasion in July.
Both men were arrested on July 22 after allegedly breaking into a home in Easton and fleeing from police. The men were later found in the woods nearby and a loaded firearm was also recovered.
The indictment charges both men with armed burglary, breaking and entering a building in the nighttime for a felony, possession of a large capacity firearm, possessing large capacity feeding devices, and possessing ammunition without an FID card…
