ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Riverland Road/Star Trail connection project is roughly 80% complete and is scheduled to wrap up in November, according to Roanoke City officials.
Crews have finished work on a block retaining wall along Riverland Road. Soon, they will install a curb, gutter and an eight-foot sidewalk connecting the Garden City Greenway to the Star Trail Parking Lot.
