ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — A woman was arrested Thursday after allegedly hitting a semi-truck on I-90 in Rockford, according to Illinois State Police.
Police said officers responded to the East State Street off-ramp from westbound I-90 for reports of a suspected impaired driver who struck a semi-truck.
