An emaciated and injured dog found safety on a woman’s porch in a St. Louis suburb late last week. The kind homeowner reached out to Stray Rescue of St. Louis for help.
On the way back to the clinic, rescuers named him Victor E. His skin looked awful; likely he had been suffering from a skin disease characterized by oozing open wounds and a terrible itch.
