WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Rising beef prices are prompting some restaurants in Wichita to adjust their menu prices to maintain their margins.
Tanker BBQ Co. has been open for three years. Co-owner Kevin Griswold said the restaurant has experienced steady growth, with beef prices rising sharply during that same period.
