SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – A 20-year-old Keizer man was arrested on Thursday and faces charges related to kidnapping and domestic violence, according to the Salem Police Department.
According to police, officers were initially sent to a reported fight in or near a car along Salem Industrial Drive Northeast near Hyacinth Street Northeast.
Police arrived in the area just before 5 p.m. to find the car and involved people gone, but witnesses said they’d seen a 19-year-old woman being forced into the vehicle…
