DEDHAM, MA — A paving contractor was sentenced to prison in Dedham Superior Court for scamming 11 residents, including senior citizens, out of over $15,000, Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey announced.
William Pusateri, 59, of Dedham, was sentenced by Judge Michael P. Doolin to five to six years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of larceny.
Pusateri was also sentenced to 18 months’ probation to be served after his prison term is completed and pay restitution, which will be determined at a later date…
