‘Nothing can undo the trauma’: Man gets prison time in 2024 knife assault of elderly father, says SFDA

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A 48-year-old man was convicted by a jury for a 2024 incident when he attacked his elderly father with a knife inside their San Francisco home, prosecutors announced Friday.

Feng Lin was convicted of felony assault with a deadly weapon by knife and sentenced to two years in state prison, according to SF District Attorney Brooke Jenkins.
