DeWine uses Toledo stop to make case for H2Ohio’s future

They didn’t roll out the red carpet.

Instead, Ohio Department of Natural Resources staffers rolled out a large vinyl mat that depicted a bird’s-eye view of a wetland on the floor of the Walbridge Park Shelter House.

That was done so people who came to hear Gov. Mike DeWine talk up his H2Ohio program on Friday could use their imagination and pretend they were walking on top of some restored wildlife habitat…
