Pottery Barn is making room for another Colorado location, with the home furnishings retailer planning a new store at Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver.
The new store is planned for 13,379 square feet at 3000 E. 1st Avenue, Suite 1114, according to plans filed with the city and reported by the Denver Business Journal.
The space is currently occupied by Arhaus, which plans to move to a new location at 299 Milwaukee Street in early 2027. Pottery Barn is expected to take over the existing Arhaus space once that transition is complete…
