SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — After getting recognized by the Michelin Guide, a local deli says they’re selling out of their highly-recognized products faster than they can get deliveries in,
Feldman’s Deli, located in Salt Lake City, received a Bib Gourmand distinction by the Michelin Guide Inspectors last month, distinguishing it for having “great food at a great value.”
John Feldman, co-owner of the deli, spoke on the history of the deli. He said, “My parents opened it up in 2012. I took over in 2023. We got invited by Michelin early August. They said ‘We’re looking at you as a potential award owner and we’ll keep in touch’.”
“A week before the ceremony, they reached out and said we were invited to the award ceremony. They didn’t say if we won,” Feldman said. “August 26 was the ceremony, where we learned that we won the Bib Gourmand. It was unreal. It felt like we were in a Hollywood movie.”…
