POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Polk County deputies arrested a Lakeland man early Friday morning after spotting him behind a local convenience store, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Jeffrey Scott Spaulding, 63, was taken into custody around 12:33 a.m. on October 2, 2026. Deputies reported seeing a man ducking behind the Circle K located at 2122 Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland.
Officers recognized the man as Spaulding, and one deputy recalled that an active warrant existed for his arrest. After approaching him, deputies confirmed Spaulding had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear regarding a prior charge of indecent exposure of sexual organs…
