First Alert Weather: Increasing rain and wet days on the way

Here’s what the First Alert Weather Team said you can expect for the forecast:

  • Saturday has had some sun and very warm temps through the afternoon
  • Rain has been isolated but will increase this evening
  • The heaviest rain will be near & west of I-95, drifting up toward I-95 after sunset
  • Sunday starts largely dry too, but there will still be some isolated light showers
  • Late morning & midday Sunday will offer you a chance to get outside
  • Rain & storms develop and spread out after 1-2 PM, again lasting into the night
  • Bands of rain then move across the area starting on Monday
  • Winds increase off the Atlantic on Tuesday, bringing local nor’easter conditions
  • It’s a cloudy, damp and breezy stretch through mid-week
  • More sun shines out starting Thursday but there will still be a few showers thru the weekend
