NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A crash on US Highway 90B East has caused three lanes to be blocked, creating traffic before the Crescent City Bridge on the afternoon of Saturday, Oct. 3.
According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), the right lane is the only lane open to motorists.
