Fifteen defendants have pleaded guilty and been sentenced in federal court for their roles in a Sinaloa Cartel drug trafficking operation based in Wichita. The ring moved fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine from Phoenix and other cities into Wichita for distribution.
