PISGAH FOREST, N.C. (WLOS) — Visitors to the Cradle of Forestry in America can step back in time this weekend and see how people camped more than a century ago.
The “Camping in the Old Style” event is set for Saturday, Oct. 10, featuring the Acorn Patrol, a classic camping interpretive team that demonstrates outdoor skills and techniques used during the early 1900s.
