The grocery giant began welcoming customers at 1650 Sunbury Road on Friday. The grand opening of the 118,000-square-foot Marketplace came after about a year of construction.
The new Kroger store marks the company’s third new-build in the Columbus area since 2024. Kroger’s Home Road Marketplace in Powell opened in November 2025, and the Jerome Village Kroger Marketplace opened in November 2024. See NBC4’s latest headlines in the video player above.
