TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Padua Center celebrated 20 years of supporting area children and families Sunday with its “Peaces” of Art celebration. Organizers said the event was a chance to look back on two decades of impact and look ahead at what’s next.
Former student reflects on program’s impact
Sara Taite-Trail Winfield was one of the first children to get help from the Padua Center program when it opened 20 years ago.
“It taught me such a big foundation on how to be an amazing woman, how to be an amazing person,” Winfield said.
