MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 19-year-old is facing felony charges after allegedly robbing and kidnapping a man over unpaid hair services.
According to the Murfreesboro Police Department, 19-year-old Makayla Brown and several men got into the victim’s vehicle and accompanied him to various locations after he “encountered difficulties” withdrawing money from an ATM to pay for hairstyling services.
