CANYON, Texas (KVII) — A Canyon man pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter in the 2024 death of his girlfriend, Brittany Torres, and was sentenced to five years in prison.
Ulise Delao entered the guilty plea in Randall County court as part of a plea agreement. Prosecutors waived the first count of the indictment — intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle — and Delao pleaded guilty to the second count, manslaughter.
