WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill (WTVO) — Hollis Daniels, 50, has been sentenced to prison following a 2025 traffic stop that led to the recovery of cocaine, according to the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Officials said that on September 3, 2025, Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputies were in the area of North Main Street and Park Avenue when they observed a white van missing a front license plate.
