Good News From Beef-a-Roo
As someone who was born and raised in Rockford, the Beef-a-Roo drama we’ve been subjected to lately has really made me sad. I never thought I’d see a day with no Beef-a-Roo in this city. Thankfully, this won’t be our reality for much longer.
Last week we finally got confirmation that the first Beef-a-Roo location to reopen in Rockford would be the one at 1680 N Alpine Road near Highcrest, and now the good news keeps on coming.
More Beef-a-Roo Locations Are Returning
For months we’ve been told that Beef-a-Roo’s comeback in Rockford would be happening in phases, but I really didn’t think we’d see more reopening announcements anytime soon.
Honestly, I’ve never been so happy to admit I was wrong.
815 Beef-a-Roo has confirmed that the three additional locations that will soon be reopening are:
- Lexus Dr. in Rockford
- East Riverside Blvd in Loves Park
- Rockrose Court in Roscoe
