A 45-year-old New York City man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing death at the Ithaca Arthaus apartment building just under two weeks ago, according to a statement Tuesday morning from the Ithaca Police Department.
Police responding to the scene early on the evening of September 24th located a stabbing victim who ultimately “unfortunately succumbed to their injuries,” IPD said at the time. The following day, police identified the victim as 35-year-old Lasalle D. Hargrove.
According to Tuesday morning’s statement from IPD Lieutenant Thomas J. DuPay, the Ithaca Police Department arrested 45-year-old Shawn T. Taylor of New York City for Hargrove’s murder “with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Task Force and the New York State Police.”…
