Judge enters default judgment against Holly Christina Photography

A Wake County judge has entered a default judgment against Holly Christina Photography and its owners in a lawsuit brought by the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office, a ruling that could result in refunds for dozens of customers and the return of wedding photos and videos that some couples say they have waited months to receive.

The state is seeking nearly $600,000 in restitution and an additional $1.1 million in civil penalties.

The Raleigh-based wedding photography and videography company is accused of failing to deliver services and products customers paid for.
