Timber Pizza Co. has signed a two-unit development agreement to open new restaurants in Chevy Chase and Bethesda as the wood-fired pizza chain continues its expansion in Maryland.
The agreement was signed by Kyle and Carolyn McDonnell, a husband-and-wife team with local ties. Carolyn grew up in Kensington, and the couple plans to bring two Timber Pizza locations to the Montgomery County area.
Specific addresses have not yet been announced. The McDonnells are currently searching for locations in Chevy Chase and Bethesda and will work with Timber Pizza’s development team and real estate partners to select the sites…
