Toledo Refining Company warns residents of possible propane odor during planned maintenance

OREGON, Ohio — Residents near the Toledo Refining Company’s propane loading rack may notice a strong propane-like smell Tuesday and Wednesday as the facility completes planned maintenance.

The company said the work is scheduled for Oct. 6 and 7 near the intersection of Patchen and Pickle roads in Oregon.
