Downtown Swedesboro’s new Nyckel Apartments mixed-use development has leased three of its six street-facing commercial spaces. Coming soon are Jersey Mike’s Subs, Norris & Co. Barbershop, and Align & Define Reformer Pilates.
Located on Kings Highway adjacent to the Red Hen and Black Sheep restaurants, Nyckel features 73 apartments across three buildings. Along the sidewalk, six commercial spaces extend the shopping, dining, and service opportunities in Swedesboro’s walkable downtown.
