EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A woman was charged Monday, Oct. 5, with cruelty to non-livestock animals after several dogs were found “visibly underweight.”
On May 19, an Animal Protection officer responded to a home in Northeast El Paso, located at 8312 Polaris Street, regarding an animal welfare complaint involving several dogs, according to court documents.
