While most adults are expected to treat children with care and responsibility, some aren’t able to uphold these expectations. One example of such a person was 28-year-old Passion Monae Williams was in an apartment complex on Barrington Street with children aged 4, 5, and 8. It’s only natural that she was the only adult taking care of the three, so she was expected to stay with them.
However, instead of doing this, she decided to leave the three children alone in the common area of the apartment complex. Oddly enough, she also texted someone that she was leaving the children there, and that person ended up calling the police.
The police took action quickly and arrived at the complex before Williams could leave. They reportedly saw Williams walking away from the children and asked them why this was happening.
