CHATTANOOGA — Chattanooga is preparing to become a hub for bluegrass music as the International Bluegrass Music Association’s World of Bluegrass returns to the Scenic City for a second year.
The event runs Oct. 20-24, with the IBMA Bluegrass Ramble taking place Tuesday and Wednesday and featuring 30 bands across seven stages and five venues.
