CHATTANOOGA, October 6 (Hypepotamus) – In 2010, Chattanooga became the first city in the country to offer gig-speed internet to every one of its residents and businesses. EPB, the city’s municipal utility, says that decision delivered $5.3billion in local benefit and helped recruit or retain over 10,000 jobs in the city.
