Pennsylvania Western University (PennWest) is unveiling a new 2026-2029 strategic plan to chart a course for the next three years.
The university, which has three physical campuses in California, Clarion and Edinboro as well as its Global Online campus, created the plan with input from students, faculty, staff, alumni and other university stakeholders. James Fisher, interim president of PennWest, said the plan was created with students at the center of it.
“This plan gives PennWest a clear and focused path forward,” Fisher said. “It reflects the voices of our university community and establishes shared priorities that will help us serve students more effectively, respond to workforce needs and create lasting value across Western Pennsylvania and beyond.”…
