LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – A Lansing city councilman says thousands of storm drains have not been cleaned, warning the city could be out of compliance with the Clean Water Act.
Councilman Adam Hussain said he believes that since 2024, the city has only addressed about 3,800 of the 13,000+ catch basins in the city of Lansing.
