Former bourbon CEO accused of hiding cameras throughout home, recording family

(NewsNation) — A family’s lawsuit against a former bourbon company CEO alleges he used hidden cameras to secretly film relatives, guests and minors without their consent at his home.

A lawsuit filed by Wes Henderson’s family claims the former CEO of TKC Distilling, which owns True Story Whiskey and The Kentucky Castle in Versailles, Kentucky, placed 15 hidden cameras throughout his home in Melbourne, Florida, and recorded family members without their knowledge or consent.
