A newly completed Gulf-view estate at 598 Spinnaker Drive has sold for $7.5 million, adding another significant high-end closing to Marco Island’s fall real estate market.
Michelle Thomas, global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Marco Island office, represented the seller in the transaction, which closed Sept. 25.
