A Greensburg woman who said she was seriously injured when a dump truck rear-ended her in Plum three years ago has won an $858,000 jury verdict.
Laura Beregi, 43, was in stopped traffic on Route 366 around 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 11, 2023, when a loaded, 36-ton dump truck crashed into the rear of her car.
