North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson says his fight against a Raleigh-based wedding photography company accused of failing to deliver services and products to dozens of couples is far from over.
On Monday, a judge entered a default judgment against Holly Christina Photography and its owners, ordering the company to pay $600,000 in restitution to affected customers and provide couples with photos and videos from their wedding days. Part of the default judgment is also $1.1M in civil penalties. Whether customers actually receive that money or their wedding photos and videos remains uncertain.
