EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Early voting begins next week in Rhode Island, and while not all ballots will look the same, voters statewide will have five bond questions to decide on.
The state is mailing out handbooks to all Rhode Island households that break down what each question means. It also includes helpful definitions and other information relevant to voters.
