NORRISTOWN — A Maryland man is on his way to a Pennsylvania prison for stalking a Norristown woman with whom he once had a romantic relationship.
Franklin David Bonilla, 27, of the 1400 block of Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 1½ to 7 years in a state correctional institution on charges of burglary and stalking in connection with incidents that occurred between November 2024 and January 2025 at a Norristown residence.
