(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A new fast-casual restaurant is opening in northern Colorado Springs, bringing a variety of farm-fresh and chef-crafted sandwiches and salads to the Promenade Shops at Briargate. Mendocino Farms is holding the grand opening of its fourth Colorado location and first Colorado Springs spot on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The Briargate location will offer customers a friendly atmosphere to stop in for a quick meal, meet friends, or coordinate catering options for office meetings and celebrations.
