PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has started the third phase of its massive, years-long project to widen Interstate 10 between Phoenix and Casa Grande.
ADOT representatives said Monday that work has started on I-10 between Loop 202 and Gila River in both directions.
