Charlottesville and Albemarle leaders discuss homelessness response

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Charlottesville and Albemarle County leaders met in a joint session Tuesday night, with part of the conversation focused on where the region stands in addressing homelessness and where leaders want those efforts to go next.

Charlottesville Assistant City Manager Samuel Roman told both localities that homelessness does not stop at city lines, making a regional response an important part of the work.
